My Approach to Therapy
Hi and welcome!
I'm Al, and I am a Psychotherapist and Clinical Counsellor practising in Calgary, Alberta.
I share my time between my family, my ppractice and various volunteer positions in and around the Calgary area. I have worked successfully with youth, adults and seniors; individually, in partnerships, and as family units to address and resolve a wide variety of issues.
I have provided presentations and workshops on alcohol, drug and process addictions, stress and anxiety management, meaningful communication, successful living, and moving on from broken relationships.

I am grounded in a firm belief that you are the expert in your own life. My aim is to help you connect with your own intuition and highest wisdom in order to bring about healing and empowerment.
