Service Description

Individual therapy provides a one-on-one confidential opportunity to focus on your individual needs and concerns, to build the therapeutic rapport necessary for real change to occur, and work collaboratively together to develop real-life, working solutions. Research has shown that individual therapy can be profoundly effective in the treatment of nearly every different psychological disorder, condition, and issue that is typically addressed in the therapeutic environment. Help is here. Cost to the client for these sessions is based on an income tested sliding scale.
