Sex & Porn Addiction Workgroup

Service Description

This is a six week psycho-educational program to help you better understand your sexual choices, develop a plan to begin your healing journey and embrace healthier sexual behaviours, and develop tools for sexual health and improved intimate relationships. Please Note: These psycho-educational workgroups do not offer or include individual psychotherapy. If you need help with a mental health challenge or you need/want psychotherapy, please reach out directly and I would be happy to arrange to meet with you individually.
